What is the return policy?
We are unable to offer refunds and returns. All sales are final. In the event that a product arrives damaged or problematic, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, in such case we will either replace the item for you or issue you store credit. Customers must include the order number, photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation e-mail.
The replacement or return in such a case shall be at the discretion of Anaar.
Please note, Anaar reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
How can I track my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
